PUSO NG SAGING (BANANA BLOSSOM) A LA FRIED CHICKEN
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Serving: 6 persons
Ingredients:
• 1 piece banana blossom
• 2 pieces lime
• 2 pieces egg
• 1 pack (62g) crispy fry
• 1/4 cup rice flour
• Oil for frying
Dipping sauce of choice: Mayo sauce, gravy, spiced vinegar or sweet & sour sauce.
Mayo sauce:
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 8 tablespoons real mayonnaise
• Black pepper
Gravy:
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 piece chicken cube
• 2 cups water
