What a treat! Thanks, Bloop! Pussycat was another really clever bit of design held back by the tech of the time. It certainly lived up to its name, though - tough, feisty, very hard to get hold of, and when thrown into the air it always landed on its feet. Imagine it with a modern kinetic weapon. Unlike today's spinner bots which are either horizontal or vertical in nature Pussycat would be both. Flip it and you're facing Cobalt; toss it and suddenly you're up against a mini Tombstone... Gyro-dancing might even be a controllable strength and not a weakness. I'd be tempted to change the name of an updated Pussycat to Wolverine or perhaps Ratel [that's the African honey badger. Honey badgers aren't as bulky as wolverines but they're equally fearless and even more unhinged. They raid African killer-bee hives for the honey, and have been filmed attacking lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, pythons, Cape buffalo, rhinos, and even elephants. Yes, elephants]. I was never a fan of the Robot Wars House Robots. It'd be fun to see an upgraded Pussycat rip an upgraded Sir Winalot's head off. (Winalot? Sorry, I meant Killalot. Note: Winalot is a popular brand of dog food here in the UK. I'd love to see the House Robots reduced to quivering meaty chunks in rich marrowbone jelly.)

I remember this robot used to be the bane of Razer's existence. It was such a funky shaped bot that it just completely rendered Razer's beak useless everytime they fought, I hated it, lol.

@smallwaves yeahhh.. I was gonna say - even with the disadvantage of the design Razer was faced with, they were still easily the superior robot, their team just happend to be plagued by janky 90's technology 😂 had the robot not failed through no fault of their own, or Pussycats, they still would have dominated them, without a doubt.

@@Smokin_Snowman I think it would've been a good tussle that could've easily gone either way, but it's a MU that I'd say is much scarier for Razer. Those omniwheels might be one of their claims to fame alongside its almost unapproachable front, but there are few bots that hate having their wheels touched more than Razer.
