Preparation method for making Dried Mint Leaves Powder at home.
Wash the pudina leaves and let them dry.
Spread them on a white cloth.
After two days the leaves become completely dry.
Better to store these dried leaves and powder the leaves whenever required.
We can keep these dried leaves for about three months.
Toor dal optional of 1 : 1/2 ratio of pudina dried leaves.

Grind them in a mixie and then add dried pudina leaves, little salt and powder it.
This powder can be used for
pudina flavour in chats,
Podi dosa,
mixing with rice,
Salads.
