Putin asked for a duel in Kiev; that he sends Oreshnik 🚀 to Kiev to prove that NATO cannot stop it. Why Putin doesn’t accept a duel in such way that Ukraine sends similar ICBM to middle of Moscow and Putin tries to stop it. Vertical downward rockets 🚀 are hard to stop and there is always a chance that they go through. How about lives of millions of innocent people whether Russian or Ukrainian!?
