exactly *Richard*. concomitantly, if it were the city refusing to file charges I would have the county sheriff file false police report charges especially with taped evidence like that. (those lies could have put jeff in danger if a trigger happy cop had rolled up and believed the lies) if it were the sheriff refusing then i'd go to the state police. if it were the state police then I would file charges with the states attorney general. once it goes past the little fiefdom of one agency trying to protect itself and the next one picks it up then it's out of control of the local guys and it's a big deal. the original cops trying to cover for someone at your expense can even lose their qualified immunity and then be personally liable for their violation of your civil rights. the problem is that not many victims go all the way with incidents like this. it seems that only police (regularly under oath) and friends of police are allowed to file false police reports and not be prosecuted... unless they correctly pursue it. .

I know this is completely unrelated, but what you said reminded me of a customer we deal with at work (thankfully over the phone) and she constantly says about how busy she is when their computers are having issues and she calls us. She never has the time to actually allow us to walk her through her issues, YET always has time to complain. Her exact words, not 20 seconds into the phone call, were "Is there anyway you can just log into my station and fix this because I have things i need to go and do and don't have time to wait". The phone call lasted 15 minutes beyond that of her just complaining about our service. This woman in the video seems the exact same way. Doesn't have time to help, but has time to argue.

All those folks are in a meeting. Probably to strategize how to extricate Tracy Piscitello's two feet from the extra large pile of her own excrement. Bobby Huntley (386-329-0525), who stated his title as "Inventory Control", was quite polite and confessed to knowing about the incident however expressed reluctance to speak about it. From his few words and overall tone I gathered that he was embarrassed by Tracy and Sandy's behavior related to Jeff's visit on 4/26/2017. Huntley politely declined to share more on the basis of his being very close to filing for his retirement papers and did not wish for any retaliatory efforts on the part of Tracy or Sandy to jeopardize his retirement plans.

The flaw with the Florida statute is that they do not require that there be a custodian of public records with every office. This creates the problem where the least trained employee might be responsible for disseminating information. What will happen is that legitimately private information will end up being inadvertently released.

I don't necessarily understand the purpose of doing this. yes, I understand that almost every public official is inept and are so very poorly trained and have God awful and outrught atrocious hostility, disdain and animosity for the public. that being said, if these public officials that suck at their job and are horrible at serving the public aren't reprimanded for being horrible employees and horrible human beings, that means the next person to take the job will be yet another shitty employee and terrible at doing their job and then in turn wind up being a horrible human being. if things don't change, then things don't change. meaning, we'll still have public employees that aren't interested at serving the public. why do, a.) these terrible people never get reprimanded? and, b.) a good bit of these civil rights activists never follow up and take these people to court. why won't Jeff have this public official that broke the law charged with breaking the law. this doesn't really make sense to me...
