wash and soaked over night
add 1 big plate 2 kilos cooked
rice
bring to the milling or grinder
for puto
add 2 T yeast
please note 1:1 water and rice
proportion during grinding
after grinding
1 kilo sugar less 1 cup
2 cups rich coconut milk
1 T vanilla
6T or 1 sachet calumet baking
powder
banana leaves wilted cut into
rounds and grease
