PUTONG BIGAS ~ Pandan Flavor ||Steamed Rice Cake || Lizanna's Diary

PUTO is one of the most popular rice cake delicacy or kakanin in the Philippines. It"s commonly eaten as miryenda / afternoon snacks or as a complimentary side dish.
All you need:
2 cups rice flour
355 ml coconut milk
4 tbsp. pandan juice/ extract
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
