Smilling Pandan Huat Kueh / Fatt Koh | 笑口班兰发糕

Pandan Huat Kuih / Huat Kueh also known as Chinese Prosperity Cakes (如意发糕). Soft and fluffy with pandan and coconut milk flavor. No egg, no milk, no bake super easy vegan recipe. Just combine all the ingredients, mix well then steam over high heat, makes 6 Huat Kueh.

- In Malaysia, you can get it from wet market or supermarket.

Ingredients 材料:
250 g self raising flour 自发面粉
1 tsp baking powder 泡打粉
1/8 tsp salt(optional) 盐(选择性)
90 g caster sugar 细砂糖
100 ml pandan juice 班兰汁
160 g coconut milk 椰浆
20 ml vegetable oil (corn oil) 植物油(玉米油）
Steam over high heat for 20 minutes
大火蒸20分钟
