Putong bigas recipe | Rice flour recipe

Putong bigas or rice puto recipe...soft and delicious rice puto perfect for snacks...Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
2 and half cup of rice flour
1 can coconut milk or 2 cups of coconut milk
2-3 tbps powder milk or half cup of evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1tsp baking powder2
2 tsp instant yeast
salt (pinch)
1/2 cup of rice flour mix with 1 cup water
(cooked rice flour mixture)
Mix all the ingredients the ingredients in a mixing bowl.. after mixing it cover and let it rise for 30 to 1 hr....After an hr pour a batter into the mold and steam for 15 mins...Steamed rice cake!!!! Enjoy!! Hope you like this recipe..
