Maybe next time when you fill feeders, put corn in before the protein pellets, or mix them up so the deer know the corn already so they should eat it. This is just a suggestion from my deer feeder adventures! Great video guys, SHEEEEWWW

The big stretch you talked about doing a food plot, I would recommend a clover blend mix that would have crimson red clover and white dutch clover. The white clover the deer love in the spring help replenish what they lost in the winter and the crimson red clover they love in the fall and it helps them bulk up for the winter. Clover fields don't need a touch-up until like 8-10 years after it's been planted. If you can find any feed with chestnuts in it I would also recommend that. Chesnuts to deer are like drugs. Chesnuts have more nutritional value than walnuts or accorns. Wild Game Innovation has Chesnut powder. Big Tine mineral blocks are the way to go. The minerals in it are a higher number than anything you will find in any bag or any other mineral block and Big Tine has way more minerals mixed into their blocks than any other mineral block or bag on the market. Once the deer find the Big Tine blocks they will be all over that block like flies on shit. You mentioned a couple micro plots, radish would be one I have done, and the deer love it come late October and November. Sweet Pea is another food plot I have done and the deer just go crazy. All that I have mentioned I have personally used and did for feeding and food plots and I have had great success. If you don't wanna take and use my advice, it won't hurt my feelings one bit. I know what works and it works great for me hands down.

I agree with your buddy Garret lot of potential. Dredge the pond make it prime a duck hunting area and an exotic fishing spot. Update the cabin's electronics and plumbing so you don't have to worry about mishaps. Fix up the workshop make it a functioning butcher shop for your guests to process their kills and get taxidermy if they choose. Redo the camper hook up for the wimps who don't like sleeping in a sweet ass cabin with all the amenities. Also that wood burner in the workshop is actually a smoker and you could probably upgrade it to but I would stick with the stuff above wait until you get cozy profit then go nuts and I suggest having a guy weld in a brand new one big enough to fit in massive amounts of meat and stuff.
