I just completed my swap and the car runs and drives but wont rev past 2250 rpm. Like its hitting a rev limiter of some sort. And on top of that my obd2 wont communicate with my ecu. So frustrating.

Huh that's weird. Sounds like it's in limp mode to me. Is the CEL on? If your OBD2 isn't connecting then maybe you don't have something hooked up right
