Okay so weather permitting in mid October, when I get done with the NMBDR I will try to get out to Factory Butte. That looks like a fun time right there. Thanks for the videos as I am still a noob to the ADV world. I am only on my second season so I have a LOT of exploring to do.

Love your channel. Would you have taken a smaller bike ( 500 exc ) if you were to do the trip again?

Thanks. Glad you are enjoying the channel. We had times that a smaller bike would have been fun. But honestly I think the 890 was ideal for 90% of it. I do like the 500exc but I chose the 890 after doing some testing on a few sections.
