The slump was at least 8 inches; probably even 9 or 10. The city did not even do a slump test. The mix was really really watery and they were already pumping once the chief city guy arrived. It actually worked out OK since the mix was really just to fill an old storm drain that is not used anymore. If this mix was for anything structural then it would have been rejected. The waste extra concrete that was dumped is less strong than a good mix, but it is good enough for the application. ie the concrete company got away with a crummy water mix.

No point in having TK 70 you aren’t going to pump as fast as it can go
