Move to Puyallup if you want a 30 minute commute each way just to get to 512. Roads are wholly insufficient and it will never get better thanks to geography and over building.

Exactly I live in the south hill area and yes from 512 daily to work is a hassle and just building new apt complex and houses all the time like sheesh

Never heard anyone mischaracterized Puyallup so greatly... not friendly, very crowded, traffic is horrific, and crime is up. It pretty much has all the downsides of a larger city without any of the benefits
