I've been wondering for a long time now if this game is actually worth it for me, feels like another game I am going to suck at since it looks fairly difficult, but at the same time it looks like a ton of fun as well. I might as well buy it sometime though, thanks for the gameplay.

This is VERY hard to do, but IF you can finish fast enough to get SS or SSS rank, you get Boomerang Mario to use as a leader or helper. He can help you do free course 5 to get Boomerang Luigi.

have this still and i still can't beat it do to bad rng drops on the orbs, everytime i get a good set up..... it drops after 4 - 7 its soo frustrating at times.

you can unlock new characters if your rank is high enough

@@luckysqueaks984 ok this explains why there are so many mario and luigi forms I haven't unlocked. But the boulder forms are the only things I unlocked and they are listed as the last of the forms... I don't even know what all of them are. I only know boomerang because it is in one of the missions and boulder because it is unlocked in the first missions.

The thing that will really mess you up is the lack of orb time. There is no way to increase it unless you have a small handful of character's who's awakenings (one per character) have orb time. And even then, the way you even awaken is ridiculous. Level grinding is very long, binding is near impossible to counter, and everyone against you hits like a truck. You have been warned

Then shine on man, I ain't gonna turn you away if you want to try it out. It just sucks when you need to grind low RNG for no-guaranteed evolution materials, more of that in the OG it was more or less 100% if you knew what to do and where to go. (And the Pal Machine destroys any type of grinding now.) I know, complaining because you have no patience. Suck to be me.

Boomerang Mario, but you need to finish fast enough to get SS or SSS rank to get him. Free Course 5 has the same unlock condition but for Boomerang Luigi. Their leader/helper skills are OP if you attack with all 5 elements and line up heart orbs as well.
