are u certain that the troop stats on all weapons are passive?? I know the exclusive stats are

Yes. All troop stats

Hero stats are not. And yes exclusive stats are troop stats and therefore passive

Wasted my time watching this. You basically get all the material used for the apex gun back & nothing else & just bring back the gun to where it was before. What's the purpose? 😂

The purpose is to redistribute the materials used so u can level your stuff properly.

The only reason my gun went back to where it was is because I leveled it right the first time 😉. I was just showing people it can be done safely.
