First video I have seen with a majority of useful ideas, and a lot of ideas I haven't seen before which is cool. Usually these videos are just the same old ideas, only change is the order of the arrangement. Great work

I built my own central vacuum system using PVC piping Not sure I saved any money doing so, but it sure was an interesting project. As a bonus, it's all powered by a shop vac in the basement. If the shop vac dies, it's a simple replacement. Plus, I can use the shop vac for cleaning up the workbench and stuff.

A great idea I saw, and as it happens the video is linked to this one "rainwater harvesting Q&A" At the end, shows a guy vacuuming out his gutter with a snorkel extension for his shop vac. Actually dust extraction in the workshop is another but pretty close to plumbing. Another very useful one which you sorta touched on with the squirt guns is that people make actual functioning pumps out of PVC with which they irrigate land and so forth.

I have an old catalogue that sold plans on items made out of PC pipe, I don't think they are in business anymore but it was an interest catalogue, you could actually make what they had in the catalogue without buying their plans, guess that's why they are not in business anymore.
@itsjaybytheway15346 жыл бұрын
What is the name of the company on the plans? Iactually work for a company that makes everything from pvc and they make great money so they're probably still kin business

I used black pvc pipe to make extended legs for a subwoofer. The fixed feet were too short and the sub sounded awful just an inch above a piled carpet with a downward breather so I simply put 4 inches of pvc pipe over each of the four feet and it transformed the bass extension.

You didn't have one of the best ones on your list. You can make a safe out of a short length of 100 mm waste pipe with a blank cap glued on one end, and a glued screw fitting and cap on the other. Fantastic place to hide your valuables buried, waterproof and pretty much secure somewhere.i think better than a normal safe.

Any PVC gurus out there have any direction on how to make an adjustable bully stick holder? I want to be able to regulate how much bully stick my dog chews in a day so was thinking about the holder pushing up a certain amount and then having a way to snug it down at that length until it is treat time again.

You can add 66 as I have made stereo speakers out of PVC pipe. Works well with 3" or 4" drivers as often driver fits into end of 3" or 4" PVC pipe.
