If running is always the first option I go to when I get jumped I'll never be ready in a scenario where running isn't an option. @@masterb8er353 game is not a fighting, the game seems to be discouraging pvp (to an extent) since the only actual thing you get from killing players is luck and some of the stuff they had on them deepwoken labels its category as "rpg" while rogue lineage labels its category as "fighting" (and pvp is the only real way to progress in rogue lineage) but in deepwoken you could theoretically play the entire game as a single player game but in rogue lineage players are nearly mandatory to progress (and enjoy the game)

With how good or knowledgeable you are about the game, I’d actually like to see you do a normal progression, but if that’s still too boring for you, maybe add a time limit or smth. Overall I think doing a normal progression while explaining your thoughts and decisions and different obscure mechanics would really be helpful to a lot of players.

I really recommend getting pomars if you are going to do a solo prog, 3 pomars in a cauldron makes a Hastening Elixer which makes you really fast with walk speed making you able to catch up to people easily.

I got to level 30 on one of my first lives in this game, but now I can't even progress past level 20 without getting wiped by other players. My only issue is that now, people start gripping freshies. As in, people who have *no luck to give.* Furthermore, sometimes it gets people *wiped,* on higher leveled slots. I was forced to wipe a level 41 slot due to this. Another problem is the fact that most people's takeaway from this video is probably, 'Oh, so we can PVP and people shouldn't complain, because if they die, skill issue!' And that's what led to my recent slots, below power level ten, mind you, were completely wiped by overconfident level 20's.

I 100% agree with this. It's annoying that he is encouraging this because the main reason people play deepwoken is so that they don't have to deal with the bs of rogue. The whole "Killing players for progression" aspect is what makes people upset. But when you add on the fact that people will beg for their lives then other people go "HAHAHA SKILL ISSUE TBH EZ EZ EZ EZ" is just going to end up turning deepwoken into rogue. With toxic devs that are mad because everyone that's powerful gets toxic, which causes the devs to get toxic and ruin the game for progressed players, and it just all runs in a loop.

@@_Kxng_ In my opinion, removing the luck stat and putting it onto harder bosses is probably the right call here, considering killing other players is really just an asshole move. Especially if they are at a certain level like 20 - 40 and a random level 50 - 60 comes over and, *bonk.* I also say if they could lessen the hitstun on some weapons, that would be amazing, since trying to parry a weapon is hard, when the hitstun won't let you parry. I've probably parried a bunch of times, but the game didn't let me, because hitstun. And just to add insult to injury, Vow of Mastery is ruining the game even further. Why, you may ask? System chat. This game is just really fun, PVE wise, but it's annoying when you know you could beat that one guy, the one shadow heavy user who spams 'ez' to freshies, if you had your level 40 slot. It's infuriating.

Agreed, make the wrong move. From me and my friends experience each mantra is quite useful except we don’t have a galebreath user so I can’t say about that one. Our best guy uses ice, and our second best uses fire but only for its utility as he wanted to focus on light weaponry. The leader and I use lightning. Just test it out and make a build that works for you.

You need a lot of med, heavy, or light weapons and that gives you usually, usually, rapid punches. I also suggest trying to get the fist style, as it flows well.

Call me trash call me whatever I swear to you I do not care. This games pve is actually fun as hell, but getting killed by a random dude with endgame weapons has made me hate this games pvp. Call me trash or whatever I don’t care I’ve accepted it, your probably right. My opinion still doesn’t change
