I found it best to start with the bow, I pretty much only used the bow + paint it black for ranks 1-50. I got so good with the bow that I could carry most of the random people I played missions with. After rank 50, switch to carcano rifle and slippery bastard, which will handle any and all threats the game will throw at you. If you want another gun to handle very close range combat, get 2 x mauser pistol and hip fire rapidly to melt anything directly in front of you.

Great content and video cat! The only other 'flex' to get maximum health not mentioned was the advantage of having the collectors role combined with the moonshiner's role. If you find certain collectible alcohols, you can flavor them with your mash in moonshiners. The elite gold level up after drinking your own strong moonshine lasts quite a while!

i like wild creek moonshine the collectible used is creek plum flowers which are easy to find (sometimes there are 2-3 spawns at once) wild mint and vanilla flowers which are everywhere in the swamps including near lagras travel post, harriet's tent and your moonshine shack if you put it in the bayou

Also wanted to add for tip number 1 there is also an award for bow head shots so while leveling up your health you can also reset that award for some extra gold.

yup, play the game for what it is: beautiful scenery and landscapes, slower paced travel and an economy that reflects time spent in it and NOT for what it isnt: COD, flying cars and/or Veruca-Salt-Oompa-Loompa-Now all-of-the-things. Been playing since Beta and im level 410 2k gold and $250k while owning just about everything. Part of the reason im 100 levels behind Murfree is bc there are many times I just fish for an hour or head up to Colter and hang in the snow or even kick back in the heartlands and enjoy the view, things which dont yield xp but are worth it after crazy long days working

Completely agree. Played since early beta. I'm Level 786 (6500 gold, 450K dollars) on my main account, and 300 (500 gold and 25K dollars) on my smurf account. No need to rush, it happens by it self. Be creative and use the options the game gives you. There are surprisingly loads of things to discover. There might be "content" missing, but if you take your time exploring the game, you will always find something fun to do, both alone or with people. I just finished Hogwarts legacy, and honestly it feels good to be done with that game. Now I can continue grinding my two Red Dead accounts.

Unrelated to this video but it was mentioned in some of your previous videos about not receiving the Beige Gator Hat (or any other weekly limited items that were missed, I also did not receive the Red Woodland Gloves last month) I was able to contact Rockstar Support and send in a ticket. They verified that I completed the requirements for both those items and they had them added to my account. One tip I can give to watch as many videos at possible to get the hang and basically everything else about the game just so that you know exactly what to do when starting because when I started back in December of 2021 I knew more then most level 200-300s did and it was really easy to make money and to rank up.

Yeah, it's not supposed to happen and I definitely get to keep the benefits more often than not but when u do anything that triggers a load screen like start a mission or fast travel, u stand a chance of losing them. Rdo is super buggy. It's a bit infuriating and heartbreaking but tolerable.
