15 gm Imli [ pulp ]
1 no. of onion [ finally chopped ]
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp hing
Coriander [ finally chopped ]
Salt as per taste
For Dough
1 cup maida
half cup rava [ granulated wheat ]
half cup gehvu ka aata [ wheat flour ]
salt as per taste
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp carom seeds
2 tbsp ghee + 2 tbsp oil
Salt as per taste
Water as per required
Oil for frying
For masala [ dry ]
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds ( everything is roasted + coarsely grind )
For stuffing
3 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp hing
1 tsp green chilli [ chopped ]
1 tsp ginger paste
1 /4 tsp turmeric [ dry masala ]
3 no. of onion [ chopped ]
1+1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp besan
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp fresh coriander [ chopped ]
1 tsp kasoori methi
