Yes I was thinking of adding that but then with the sauce on the plate it would just get soggy, you can always add some cut up nori as one of the layers

I thought of using the pyramid as a mold for some melted chocolate, filled with whatever sinful, delicious things inside the chocolate shell, close it with marzipan and a thin coating of chocolate to seal it tight.

Cool presentation but how do you even eat that? Break it down and eat it like a poke bowl? Look at the way the soy sauce soaks into the rice at the bottom. It is not very appetizing. Perhaps consider dressing the salmon in a light coat of soy sauce instead.
