The great Pharaoh Mino has passed, and rule passes to his eldest son: Pharoah Mido. Displeased with the plain appearance of the pyramid in which his father was buried, Mido turns his attention to his own legacy. He wishes for his own resting place to better reflect his majesty and has decreed that 2-4 architects build pyramids encrusted with jewels: a pyramido. The architect who builds the most impressive pyramido will be appointed Vizier and enjoy wealth and power beyond imagination.
Pyramido is a tile-placement game in which each stage of the pyramid creates connections between them. Players take turns choosing from the available dominoes to create their pyramid. To maximize their points, players must match the jewel icons on the dominoes and place their markers of the same colors to activate the scoring areas. Each choice of domino and its positioning has a significant impact since the previous stages influence the score throughout the game.

5.0 - My absolutely favorite games. You can pry them out of my cold dead hands.
4.5 - Love this game! At the same time missing something that would make it a 5. Could be hard to table, lacking variability, a little light, etc.
4.0 - Really great game, almost always keeping, although has meaningful complaints as to what takes away from the experience.
3.5 - Really enjoyed, don't love it, may lose out to better games but the idea of never playing again is a bit sad.
3.0 - A good game, would play and suggest with the right people, if I never played it again wouldn't lose any sleep.
2.5 - A game I'd play again , but will never suggest it myself
2.0 - A game I don't want to play again
1.5 - A game I can't find any reason to recommend
1.0 - A game that is just bad.

Does Pyramido at 2 player feel the same as 2 player Azul with hate drafting or is it not as mean/satisfying?

Not nearly as mean. The hate drafting is there, but there's almost always a tile. You can work with either way.

I know you prefer heavier games and thank you for reviewing gateway games. I really enjoy that you give referrals for next step heavier games it keeps me coming back to your channel. My game group is more interested in gateway games. You do a excellent job of showing off the game and explaining game play.
