DeDastoss You can literally just buy everything in the game and keep trading apartments or what have you and then tell rockstar what happened, or just quit the application if you start to receive money drops, GTA isn't constantly saving and I doubt a modder can give you billions or even millions in the time it takes you to exit the game. I got banned a month ago. Got some modded money (not ridiculous amount of money) but Rockstar itself said that modded money won't get you banned unless you mod yourself money or give modded money to someone else. Idk what the reason was for the ban.

Some of my modder encounters in GTA online so far: - dropping money bags (made my game glitch out though) - giant dumpster stuck to the characters head - shot a massive amount of flares at me at once - went inside of my clubhouse - I got all the weapons for a short period of time (The laser weapons remained and are still there)

Had a modder in a car meet once, was actually pretty nice. He kept trying to drop everyone money and ammo and even though this asshole kept blowing us up whenever we were close in a big group, he never lost his cool and we just kicked him out and spawned in random stuff like cops and npcs and it was actually really tame a fun to see the games engine exploited to make things happen.

Back in 2014 I owned GTAIV on console and I saw a lobby of like 6 modders and we all hung out in the airport while there was some like neon colored cars, big group of players with modders and only a few did PvP. Good time. The biggest I ever noticed a modder in gta online be was trap me in a place, or teleport to kill me with a jet

I've been modding for years on ps3 and PC. The chance of anyone getting banned is 20%. Most of the times people get banned getting money and spending it quick in a short period of time.

I also do recovery services for PC. I have minimum bans on accounts. Most of the times people get banned doing stupid stuff, like buy tons of cars and maxing them out in upgrades. Doing such, you'll get caught eventually and banned. However, if you play smart and not like an idiot, there's a 0% chance of ever getting banned.

I used to be an admin of a certain mod menu, it's taken down and a law suit knocked on our door... I can tell for a fact that banning players is still possible, our mod menu had it locked down for admins only (we tried it once on our own account). Especially banning people gives red flags which is why mod menu's don't have it, they would still be able to tho.

I'm also a modder, i see helping people and messing with tryhards my objective. I normally also try to enchance the player experience giving them access to chat commands or/and gift then vehicles. Money Drops aren't 100% safe of course there is always a risk of getting banned doing those type of things so... Be safe out there and have fun!

Once I and my pal were playing GTA 5 and after we did a drag race with some other friendly players at the airport, a modder joined, spawned a flying schoolbus that changed colors and we would just go on from area to area picking up players, flying around the map and having a laugh in chat. That was probably one of my best experiences in gaming as a whole :D
