Probably the best or second best Dehya mod to date, I'd say. It's funny how the other one was also made by the two of you :P (the "Lost Paradise" mod) I can't lie, it fits the look of a Pyro deity from Natlan way better than the actual archon. Also, I recently learned about the translation error in the web manga... I mean, it's pretty funny that the entire community has been basing its theories for the pyro archon on a mistake this entire time, but it's also a bit sad at the same time lol

Genshin talked so passionately about listening to player's opinions and concerns, yet they didn't seem to acknowledge this issue at all, despite it garnering a lot of attention. I'm not saying they don't work hard or that they don't do a good job at representing the cultures they're inspired by, but why is melanin such a hard thing to add?? Is it because of promotional material, merch, or generally things that are all done and ready to go?? Couldn't they have at least made some characters dark in-game and in art only, until they can implement the changes everywhere? We would be understanding since they're making changes and it might take a while, but it's not impossible!!

It's crazy imo. Imagine being mad at people, especially poc fans, that want the archon to look like.... the nation she's from. I remember fans used to make excuses for Nahida, saying she's based off a deity that was pale white. Okay... what now? What is this archon supposed to reference? What is the excuse this time? It ESPECIALLY blows my mind when you have these fans saying how much they like the music.... SEEING with their OWN EYES what these singers and musicians look like.... and then being like. Yeah this is fine. Like. No! No actually, it really isn't! You wouldn't have this music without black, brown, and indigenous people! You wouldn't have the music, the clothes, the food, the region the game is literally taking inspiration on. These things are our culture! My assumption is that the people saying this aren't the same ones that said all that about Nahida tho, these are probably completely new people from the "anti-woke" crowd. You can see it in the other regions, the only region they didn’t fck up in any way (from what i know) is LIYUE, the region based off China. Inazuma, based in Japan, they s*xu@liz3d Raidens fit, and made a s*xu@liz3d shrine maiden (yae miko), an not accurately portraying the culture, next Fontaine, firstly they assumed France was just all of Europe and put a bunch of European food in France and said uhuh accurate(not arguably as bad). An of course Sumeru, where they even put s3gregation of the “wild desert people” and the “civilized forest people”. (The desert people like Dehya, and the eremites who are conveniently dark-skinned and also the “enemies”) So what do we do with this, we know they can do most things right but they choose to mess up other things, in favor of what..? I wonder.. (ahem definitely not r@cism) Point is if you’re making a game that has fantasy aspects but is still going to add real life cultures, get it the right or don’t even bother. It’s like making a game about Afro Samurai and then it’s just some white dude with dreads. Point is, it all comes down to them being a Chinese company, and putting Chinese beauty standards in their game, no matter what region it is an the fact even east-asians can be tan. Their beauty standards are known to be c0lorist.
