Hey first of all thanks for the informative video. What do you mean by don't add emla into the mix when using condoms?? I cannot put a condom after put in emla???

Thank you! Yes Emla cream is oil-based, so it could weaken a latex condom. So just make sure you use a polyurethane condom and you'll be fine 🙂

Ive used it, works fantastic... however... i have had it get inside and the burn is horrendous.. also after using it several times it now causes mad itching..

Ouch - sorry to hear that! But yes, it seems this is a common experience with PYT balm. Thanks for sharing your experience, and words of caution for other guys.

I first used it 12 years ago. I got it off of Ebay. I followed the instructions to the T and it worked perfect. Then after the 5-6 time of useing it I got mad itches. I never get a burning feeling. I also dont feel that it is numb I feel everything I just have better control. I dont use it much maybe 2 times a year if that. 1 container has lasted me 4 years so far lol. I do want to know what is in it. Just putting a little bit on the back side of my hand and 2 days later its very red and itches. I use fungal cream for the itch and it works. I have contacted a few companies about sending it in to have them do analysis..

Yes a full analysis would be interesting 🙂 I think you have a good approach there, using PYT very infrequently. With regular use, a lot of guys seem to develop an intolerance quite rapidly. Thanks for sharing!

So you apply pyt 40 mins prior but take it off prior to sex ?

The instructions say to apply 20 mins before sex, but guys are waiting 40 mins, or doing a second application after 20 mins. And yes, definitely wash off with soap and water before any kind of contact. The key advice is to test a tiny amount first, applied for 20 mins and see what effect you feel. Hope this helps!
