Yes in the Mu Duk Kwan Hwang Kee lineage that is true. In some karate styles such as Shito Ryu as well :-)

@@Abluemoon9112 it is a hybrid version that I practice. It is fairly close to Chung Do Kwan (it is distinctly different from Mu Duk Kwan) :-) As it is not in the official syllabus of kukki Taekwondo (WT/WTF) that I practise I experiment more with these forms than the official Poomsae :-)
