what you said about fullness cues was so helpful. Also the stuff you said about reminding yourself that other people you might be tempted to compare yourself to don't are not recovering from an eating disorder, whereas you are, so you can't actually compare. Thank you for so much wisdom!!

Heyyy!!! Myself Mannarsh. I recently started watching your videos on KZbin. Your videos were amazing and they helped me a lot to understand what basically eating disorder is. I really need your help. My best friend recently came to know that she is suffering from this. She hasn't told anyone else except me, so I am trying my best to help her but as u said in your video I can only support her I can't be her therapist. So today she said let's ignore it and I am fine and I know she is not. I am so confused about what to do now. I really need your help. I will be waiting for your reply.

Thank you... Your videos makes my recovery easier. I sometimes forget how important is it for me, and you help to make mayself strong and stay on recavory! And my questin: How can I deside when I am hungry, or need to ea, if my body is not telling me. I tricked my hunger so many times so i advencually lost my 'hungrynes'. I sill can feel hunger somethimes, ones a moanth, but it is hard to disade when to eat. Do you know anybody who is going throw the same issue? Do you have any advise for me? ( I'm from Hungary so I am apologaysing for my typo mistakes )

+Emese Bata I'm so glad I can help!! hunger cues and knowing when to eat despite not being hungry can be super hard, I will definitely talk about this in a video or in my next Q&A. but for now just remember to be eating 3 meals and 3 snacks each day. Keep fighting, sending lots of love
