She’s already 1 so she doesn’t have night time feeds anymore. When she used to still feed at night, we’d still give her milk and then do the same thing. We put her back in the crib after feeding, no hele

I think you should be careful saying that holding your child is not something you should do when calming a child. Not all children temperament is the same.

I think you misunderstood. I clearly said we DID hold Sienna, just not hele, no shaking, no swaying. You’re free to hold your child and hug them of course even when sleep training.
