Hi, Nicki. I came across your vlog only a couple of weeks ago and I'm binge watching it during my Christmas holidays. I love your videos, your great family and your cute Holly. In this video the 'green juice' section says a lot about who you are: an honest, down-to-earth, realistic and kind person. You could have just pretended that you drink a green juice every day but you didn't. You really both made me laugh and touched me when you talked about balancing it out with a hot chocolate later on. You are being so selfless, showing lots of us how lovely your nick of the woods is, that your local tourism board should offer you a contract. I believe watching your videos makes people feel much more like visiting the Amalfi coast than any other type of advertising. Wish you and your family a very nice 2021. Thank you for your amazing and inspiring work.

I love your videos. I watch every single one to the end when they pop up in my recommendations. I really wish you uploaded more frequently, so I can live vicariously. I have had dinner at Le Sirenuse and while the dining room was spectacular and romantic, service was slick and a bit jaded, and I don’t even remember what I ate. A bad sign, given that I still rave about the courgette pasta at Pulalli on Capri, which I stumbled across on a day trip during the same holiday. Small restaurants on the beach produce more delicious and memorable fare.

Naples is an interesting place to visit but after a short stay in Naples we moved to Amalfi and its almost like moving to a different country. Naples was so dirty when we were there not helped by a strike by the garbage men. However if I had a choice, Naples or the Amalfi coast I would choose the Amalfi coast every time.

We also live in a beach suburb of Melbourne and visitors think it’s ok to leave their rubbish on the beach and walk into the supermarket half naked. Thankfully we have amazing locals who help clean rubbish. Unlike Positano our landscape is flat. It is a beautiful beach but the land is uninteresting.

Hello from Miami Florida USA.... I usually like driving in Europe. I usually start my drives from Spain. How's the driving situation, parking availability & cost etc. in Positano & the area? I believe Cinque Terre doesn't allow cars.. What are some nice scenic drives along the Italian Riviera that U can recommend ? What's the high & low season there? ciao
@NickiPositano5 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry, I don't recommend driving in this area for fun. It is hard to park, the roads are narrow and not made for touristing. Parking is very expensive in car parks, locals have problems parking in general and end up not using their cars all summer because the situation is impossible. Roads get gridlocked and it is very frustrating trying to get to work and getting constantly stuck behind tourists that don't know how to take a hairpin bend and think they can stop and take photos anywhere they please.

Hola Nichi tengo una pregunta en mayovvoy para Roma esta serca con bus. Para ir Positano dime el tiempo y en Roma donde esta la estacion de bus grasias
@lilianaacosta37215 жыл бұрын
Luzmila Carbajal hola.

You can catch the bus to Montepertuso at the Piazza dei Mulini. That’s the main stop up from the beach. You can also buy bus tickets there at the Tabacchi store for slightly less than you can on the bus.
