the thing about waking up early is you also have to go to bed early. not go to bed at 11 expecting to wake up just fine at 5am. it requires discipline in both ends. You are going far queen!

I relate to your story so much. I lost 50lbs my sophomore year during COVID and it completely changed my life trajectory. I’m in college now and always workout before classes and LOVE all the like minded people I’ve found to connect with over fitness💗

I really enjoyed this video. I am always a fan of these sit down, no glam q&as but you did such a good job getting quickly into the questions and going in depth with your answers. Girl that last question literally same!! I usually end up giving into the peer pressure and feel bad abt it after but I think the reason ppl ask so many questions is bc they wish they could eat healthy too but they’re not disciplined enough so they make you feel bad that you are :/

I FULLY AGREE! I hate how its considered more normal to eat "unhealthy" foods and not fuel yourself with the right nutrients than it is to be disciplined and take care of yourself.

Man, the question someone asked of how you keep the motivation to keep going is great. I’m surrounded by people who are 100% different than me. My bf, and my family and even his family are all not into health or fitness. But I am a lot and I keep “failing” because I give in because I feel left out or they make me feel like “oh you’re not even fat you don’t need to lose weight.” It’s not about losing weight🤣 it’s about feeling god about myself and being fit, like being healthy and feeling good. You know? I sense a lot of like jealousy from certain people in my life and they will avoid me until I give in and I’m back to square one. It’s sad. Like I said in another comment, I’m going on age 30 and I really need to not care about these people who are toxic. I will get there🤣🙏🏼

I turn 30 years old next month, October 24th. There’s a lot of things I need to change to get myself on the right track. Even though you are a teen, you inspire me a lot. People think I look 19 years old or 23 years old. Those ages are what I get the most from people. But I’m actually 29 going on 30. But I really want to get into fitness again. I recently “fell off track” after a week in Florida with my bfs family and they eat A LOT of food with grease and sweets and stuff. Anyways, I’m trying to go back on track.
