Yes Dr. Greger, you should read the questions beforehand. Too many crazies online

I did not see any crazy questions. There was a problem with grammar and a lack of punctuation. Grammar issues could be because Dr. Greger has a global reach and some people might not speak English very well. The question about aneugens was legitimate. I'm guessing medical doctors don't have much of a background in genetics. It was no big deal that Dr. Greger did not know this. It was actually good indication that Dr. Greger will admit when he does not know something rather than winging it. Could you share what question was crazy to you? Maybe I missed it.

@@G-rig6969 Yes, Dr. Greger had an off day. We all do. I love him nonetheless. It can be difficult providing quick rapid-fire impromptu answers when your mind might be elsewhere. He's a hyper guy with a lot of energy that speaks off the cuff. I love that about him. Learn to deal with it. It was taking him longer to understand a lot of questions that had poor grammer. He at first didn't undertand the banana polyphenol oxidase question and then kinda spazzed out the way he endearingly does. He then changed his mind that is was a good question once he understood. It wasn't that there was any bad questions, unless, of course, you believe all questions must apply to you rather than the person asking the question (e.g. pregnant woman - I take it you are not pregnant).

@@G-rig6969 Maybe you should stop the comments talking trash about other people and stick to commenting about nutrition. 😊 I like to defend people that others are trashing for no good reason. It's in my nature to stand up to bullies. And who are you to tell Dr. Greger how he should do his Q&A show? Do your own Q&A show if you want to hold someone to your no-"cluster" standard on every single question without fail. [I don't even know what a cluster is in this context. I'm guessing it's short for clusterf-k.] Questions are answered impromptu, get over it. Not sure why it bothers you so much to continue to complain about it. Keep complaining about Dr. Greger and his followers, especially those that don't speak English well, and I'll keep replying to your attacks. 😊

@@G-rig6969 Just like you're leaving comments criticizing others, I can criticize you for criticizing them. It's not personal to me when I call out your attacks on Dr. Greger and his followers. I suggest that you not listen to the Q&A's anymore and only listen to Dr. Greger's prepared videos. The Q&A's seem to trigger you if each question and each answer is not exactly to your liking (you even complained about people "overthinking" things, oh my, someone had nutrition concerns about their pregnancy.). And btw, nobody is free on YT or other social media. The channel owners can ban you or delete your comments for whatever reason they want.

@@G-rig6969 Your gaslighting is very transparent. Or maybe you're projecting. I have made no more comments on this than you have. The only difference is that one of us in the right. Each of your comments/replies are condescending. My replies are simply calling out your behavior and then repeating your condescending guestures back at you. It's at least refreshing that you are admitting you're a troll if you are doing this for "entertainment." I'm guessing you might be a Shawn Baker fan boy.

He doesn't recommend supplements except b12. In limited cases, he recommends D, DHA and creatine. However, in order to keep himself clean, he does not recommend specific brands, which I love about him. He's not promoting anything and it's a big part of why he's so trusted. If you want to know specific brands, I recommend consumer labs, but I personally only take B12, which is important if you eat this way

An aneugen is a substance that causes a daughter cell to have an abnormal number of chromosomes or aneuploidy. A substance's aneugenicity reflects its ability to induce aneuploidy. That first question was a good one. May be you can research that for us and speak about it later. I've always been interested in Down's Syndrome too.

How do you wash your body with vinegar? Do you use a 100% vinegar then rinse with water or do you dilute it like adding a cup to your bath water? Does it improve your skin? Are you using it for a specific skin condition or just general skin health (maybe to prevent aging skin)?

@@jakubchrobry3701 I dilute the vinegar about a cup in my sink filled with water and use a cloth to wash myself with that water. I like the question about how to discern what nutritional info we see online is legit. I follow the advice of Drs. Greger and Barnard. I watched a webinar recently given by a FNP who specializes in thyroid issues. She says never eat soy! A different one by a doc (MD ortho) who says you have to eat animal protein, and lots of it, to build back bone density. Of course, I don't take that advice into my kitchen! Whole Foods Plant Based diet all the way for me.

Eat wild herbs for balance, for example you can prepare nettle pesto with mustard instead of Ől or eat nettle instead of spinach, have a look on the internet to see what you can do with them. They are ancient plants, they contain many times the amount of vegetables and can be used as a food supplement. Pesto over pasta, as a spread, etc

It could also be that the person lives in a country that does not have algae DHA and EPA. They might have been concerned with long shipping transit times in high heat or shipping costs that are too high to their country (it's not like Amazon free shipping in the US is available everywhere). For someone in the US that can spend $5 to $7 per month, there are some reasonable prices by established brands. That's only adding $1.15 to $1.53 to someone's weekly grocery bill. [I know some can't afford this.] Carlyle Nutritionals (in biz for over 40 yrs) sells a two month supply of 200 mg/day DHA for $9.99. Bragg (in biz since 1912) has a 30 day supply of 550 grams/day total DHA and EPA for $13.99. It's 60 softgels, so you could easily use this as a 60 day supply.

If I didn't have any money, I would add nettles, goutweed pesto and other wild herbs to my diet. Here in Germany there is a map showing all the trees, bushes with berries, apples, cherries, plums, nuts etc. that grow wild in your area. Simply plan a day and freeze some for stock. In Germany, you can also get cheaper food at food banks, although it is not as fresh, but if you eat wild herbs, you get more nutrients and vitamins, as with vegetables. I mean, there are also food collection points in the USA that are donated by food markets for the poor
