When do you choose a HEELS elevated split-squat, versus solely a FRONT FOOT elevated split-squat?My assumption would be that it's based on the desired foot position. For instance in a heels elevated variation, you're really biasing the foot/ankle towards plantar flexion and early propulsion, so this would be good for someone who needs that posterior weight shift but trends towards a late propulsive foot.The standard front foot elevation would be for someone who has a more balanced foot position, but needs posterior expansion/weight shift. Am I anywhere close to the right track here?
