Being an aunt is my favorite thing on the planet. My nieces and nephews are the cutest, and then I get to send them home to mom and dad!

Grief is such a struggle. I lost my grandma around the holidays in 2020 and you're right, it comes in waves...it still does sometimes, the crashes are just further apart now. It's so good y'all have each other during the worst of it. It's such a hard but inevitable road we all eventually go down. I was just looking for a new video yesterday, then remembered the sad news and knew you were taking some time.

Love having you back. Was very sad to hear of your grandad, he seemed like a great guy. Megan, I hope you are doing ok, can see a bit of sadness. Cant wait to get back into podcasts.

About a week ago was all saints Sunday, where we read the names of those who have died in the past year. It can really be sobering to see how many names are on the list and most whom you've known. This year they included my mother-in-law, so I will be thinking of you as we go through grieving together.

My father and his identical twin brother taught art at the same high school in Missouri - their entire careers! They were featured in the local newspaper as 'oddities'. I call it auspicious.

I’m in my second year of radiology school, and I just learned today when doing my 2nd shift rotation that someone I work with at my normal clinical site has a twin sister also in CT. I listened to her speak for WAY too long before asking. It’s not as weird or rare as people think for twins to work in the same career path 🤷🏻♀️

I’m sorry for your loss and also excited for you becoming aunts! Do a lot of people recognize you out and about? I saw Megan at one of my appointments several months back. Wanted to say hi but didn’t want to interrupt.

Hey I noticed the (Support Button) on your podcast "According Two" is not working. I had donated to the podcast at least once & Was hoping to do that from now on. Can we look forward to that in the near Future?

Have watched forever, love the journey of you two becoming young adults and finding your paths. Even though it's the same career I'm sure it's different journeys. My son had a OT and she was a twin as well. And later on when she went on maternity leave and we moved we ended up with another OT in training and her boss was the twin sister and working with her I seen the differences even though their identical. People always want to group twins together but you have your own identities outside of that which I think people don't really realize lol.

Also don't feel the pressure on dating. Enjoy being young, and focus on your career because all of that will come in time. I'm about to be 29 have been married for 8 years and a stay at home mom for 7 of those. I wish I would've finished college and been able to have my own career before becoming a mom because alot of times it can become all you are. Especially in my instance because my sons medical needs keep me home. Now he's 7 and I also have a 4 and 3 year old.

How do clinical sites handle student workers? Is it hard for them to have unexperienced workers or nice to have the free bodies to help wherever they need it?
@katiehorning2 жыл бұрын
Typically clinical sites are used to having students so they constantly have new ones rotating and out. I’m my experience you have a supervising physician or specialist so at the end of the day they are responsible for the patients if you were too mess up. There’s a lot of checking and double checking.

i don't know if this is a stupid question but since i'm from europe so i'm assuming it's different for you guys than what we have here. if you're working full time but not getting paid then how do you manage especially with owning house? i currently don't have a job and i live in a rented place. i get a bit of help for paying it but it's still not enough and the only way i'm living at the moment is by using my old savings from when i was a teenager and what my dad saved from me since i was a kid

Hi there, my daughter is a big fan of tc2, but she is really getting a hard time at school and getting depressed and anxious. I was wondering if youse do anything along the lines of doing short message videos. I'd pay whatever it cost if would help my daughter, she'd be so inspired and wouldnt believe her eyes and ears. Im not sure if you'se do that. She'd cherish that forever. Thankyou

God bless know that God and Jesus know the real you God got your back always he’s your father you don’t need no one else he wants you to pray to in Jesus name how you feel and stay humble he got your back just remember to not take his grace for granted and talk to him throughout the day he sees your love and never takes it for weakness Know that The devil reminds you of your past and sins while God reminds you of your future and is here to forgive you , you just have to repent and build with him God got you work on yourself and your relationship with God and never let anyone tell you God doesn’t love you because he has your back even when he didn’t have his

wait... you might have to work?? being "on" all day.. you are gifted the luxury of having youtube as a part time job. keep that up and start a part-time private practice that isn't tied to insurance and you don't have to work 9-5. :( :(
