For me to maintain weight i try balancing my plate That ultimately reduces carbs. And make it simple. Try one pot meals . Add eggs, paneer, chicken... Wtever u like with your meals... Because indian diet la mostly we have carbs and vegetables so... Idhu add pana ok ig
