Also ideas for videos if you haven't included them already... Could you please talk about how you picked your van and did you create the setup with the crates yourself or did you buy it like that? Could you also talk about how you enter people's homes and if you ever have dogs that get aggressive when you try to enter? I am wondering about your client retention. Do you only take on a certain number of clients at one time to keep your dog number the same? Also, how long are your walks? How long are you with the dogs each day and do you deal with 2-3 different sets of dogs a day or just the same four dogs every day?? How long is your workday?
