Hey sweetie. Thank you very much. Don't delete your old Tiktok account. Don't use any email you have once used on your old Tiktok account on your new international Tiktok account. Use VPN to change your location. Watch my other video on how to create international Tiktok account. You will see how I did it.

Is your account up to one week if yes, then you can start using VPN for like a week or 2 weeks, then you can Stop. Don't do moot oooo it will affect your monetization.

If the account is still new you need to use VPN... If is up to a week or two weeks you can login. The background does not matter
