"So so right, on getting away from the end time, harsh salvation message without grace and love." A lot of Baptist/conservative Christian preachers are like that (end times/last days/Tribulation/Rapture), and they scream it from the rooftops in practically every service, IINM.

I am very blessed because as a child I met the holy spirit by myself in my room, not out of fear, he was my comfort. There was an evil presence in my room, and my mom gave me a kids bible, and I read about Jesus for the first time ever, I'd never heard of him before and felt a burning in my heart and i asked forgiveness and felt so clean. I looked up into the sky and I heard rejoicing and joyful screaming and I knew they were happy for me. I had no idea that was in the bible until years later that they rejoice when's sinner repents. I am so blessed that he came to me like that because he knew how agonizing my mental health battles and life would be in the future. Many beleivers have many times totally shipwrecked my relationship with god, my faith and my mental and emotional and physical health, but I come back and never totally go away, and am learning I need to listen to him and not put humans on a pedestal as mouth pieces for God.

Mark DeJesus is right on the money about what I struggle with as far as my weight is concerned-- I have a lot of stress in my life, mostly related to politics (it was really bad when Donald J. Trump was the 45th President of these United States-- he was extremely loud and outspoken, and he spoke in a manner that I constantly felt was directed right at me [I'm autistic]; he preached that every other news outlet outside of FOX "News" [hardly news, IMO] was "fake news," because everyone else but FOX did not praise him and savage the heck out of Democrats like they were supposed to), and all that stress has gotten to me quite a bit and has made me retain cortisol (it was the same with TV preacher Ralph Sexton of Trinity Baptist Church in Asheville, NC, with his constant last-days, end-times, Tribulation, Rapture preaching-- after all, if the world's ending soon, might very well just let yourself go, because it's all about to end); I strongly detest that feeling.

I'm scared because of repetitive sin. I hear preachers say we are insulting Jesus dieing. I'm starting drug counseling because bait know I need help & support.
