I even said to my counsellor yesterday, " i didn't know until 2 years ago, that Christians were allowed to have boundaries ". I've only read Danny's book Keeping your love light on. Priorities were the same. Never taught though. Thank you for your teaching. Hi Levi ❤️

The Book called “Boundaries” By Henry Cloud is a good read. Boundaries must be practiced and interpreted into your daily life. Reading the book is only a starting point.

@Brian-rs4ug Now that you say that, I remember listening to a radio show they were on years and years ago. So maybe the new concept is that I am supposed to have boundaries. Not necessarily Christians in general.

@@ruthauker9760 It’s taken me many years to learn to develop them. We all need to establish boundaries. Christian or otherwise. Jesus had boundaries so should we. Life is so much better with them. Many of us didn’t learn healthy boundaries in the families we grew up in. But it’s never too late.

Fantastic topic to discuss and teach on. Practicing boundaries and learning to become comfortable with saying no or drawing a line in the sand. Will be a journey of giving yourself permission to take care of yourself.

No boundaries with my grown kids. Guilt feelings about losing custody when they were young. Knowing the abuse they endured and unable to get them out. Now they struggle I want to rescue which causes me to spiral back to the guilt of the past.

Nice & Helpful❤️ Good to see some areas that need attention. Especially the Needing People To Like Me part.❤️Woooo do I go overboard in that area. Like people I’m kinda friends with at my Gym..But they are just Good Morning, have a good workout, just scanning in….Man I’ll cook special awesome food, Christmas cards with heart felt sentiments because we have the same faith…I’ve know these people for years… But I noticed that while watching this video…I’m the only one..like that goes to the extremes I go to…❤️ Now I See…Byt as well as seeing it’s not a bad thing to be wanted to be liked. Thank The Lord for The Holy Spirit to stir in me healthy ways to be liked. But mainly to turn my wanted to be liked to Christ and not people as much as I do. Thanks Brother❤️
