Lovely sharing about being motherly and how much it is in to you. This industry is horrible!!! in my head KZbin still has the chance to be more genuine than instagram. I quit and left instagram and facebook two months ago and it is a blessing!

Sam! Invest in a menstrual cup and/or washable pads. They e changed my life, now I only use the menstrual cup big it's so much more comfortable than tampons, and so easy to clean. You're cutting out the cost of buying pads and tampons, and helping to cut waste at the same time

Hey I just gave birth in January. I also suggest looking into hypnobirthing. You can practice breathing exercises that will keep you calm. Also don’t be afraid to ask for the epidural early! I found labour doable without epidural but I’ve heard many good things about epidurals.

After giving birth 3 times, my best advice is to listen to your body. I know this sounds cliche but it wasn't until my second that I understood what that meant and how to listen. Practice meditation and breathing as often as you can before birth. You'd be surprised how much pain relief taking a good breath gives your body. I liked to hummm with each contraction (in my mind) as I breathed out. Also WATER BIRTH is absolutely incredible. Did it each time and it helped to soften up my body and held my weight as I moved - it became a rhythm as I went through active labour. You'll do brilliant - just remember that there is no perfect birth and the main thing is bringing your beautiful baby into the world. If your birth plan goes out the window, let it go and focus on meeting your bubba. Have a wonderful delivery 💖
