Talk of rose water in body butter, is vitamin E enough to preserve it...thx again❤

Rose water is water so you can’t mix water and oil. Emulsifier is needed. If you are making oil/butter only butter vitamin e is enough but even small amount of preservative gives extra protection as I mentioned in the video
