December to May are usually good times to travel the Philippines. Rainy season normally starts on June but weather now is quite unpredictable. Sometimes it can really be sunny during the rainy season and vice versa. Have you been to Siargao before? If you're vegan, I could suggest visiting Baguio City since they have plenty of veggies all year round.
