Rob I love your channel and the info you provide. But you need to do more research on the Tangem wallet. There are numerous videos and articles describing why it is very vulnerable. I bought one (and liked it a lot for its ease of use) and two for my sons but have since moved most everything off of it. If you’re serious about cold storage you need to go with a true air-gapped wallet. No USB, Bluetooth or NFC connection to a PC or phone. And BTC should be held in a BTC only wallet.

DIP is nice to understand why the monetary system is in trouble, but on the other side it does not explain where some computer code (BTC) gets value to help us? I know it's gone up (i own some) but why trust that a code retains value?

It only retains its value because a large number of people agree that it has value. Check out some of Michael Saylor's commentary if you want a list of bitcoin's unique set of characteristics that make it a highly desirable asset.

@@myusernameisthisduh The market is always choosing. In 1908 they were like we chose horses what are these things called cars? I prefer a car but don't get me wrong, horses are cool and so is BTC. BCH has outperformed BTC for over a year, since June 2023 to be exact. If you want to use an L2 to scale, that's your preference. I prefer to cut out the middleman and have scaling as a native property of my L1.
