Their video, “Xmas Jammies", has been viewed almost 15 million times.
Penn, Kim, Lola, and Penn Charles continue to make hilarious videos around tent-pole events and circumstances most families face.
Penn, the Dad, took a chance and left his job as a news anchor to join his wife Kim, the Mom, at their video production and digital marketing company, Greenroom Communications, LLC. Lola (7) and Penn Charles (4) are always happy, respectful and eat all of their vegetables (that last part is a lie). .
About the Holderness Family
The Holderness Family creates original music, parodies, and Vlogs for KZbin to poke fun of themselves and celebrate the absurdity in circumstances most families face in their day to day life. They published "Christmas Jammies" in December 2013 and life hasn't been the same. Since then, their popular parodies, "All About That Baste", "Baby Got Class," and original music "Snow Day" have received national news coverage. Penn, the Dad, took a chance and left his job as a news anchor to join his wife Kim, the Mom, at their video production and digital marketing company, Greenroom Communications, LLC. Lola and Penn Charles are always happy, respectful and eat all of their vegetables (that last sentence is a lie). I first want to say what a blessing you all are to my family and me. We ( daughter 6 1/2, son 9) absolutely LOVE your videos!! They are so true to life and make us laugh and dance with you!! These only get better. What's so fascinating is the likability factor you guys have. Other folks could do the same thing but not be able to carry it off - the, I'll use the word "EXPANSIVENESS" that you both so clearly manifest - and kudos to how effectively that really comes through. It builds on the fact that not only are you both adorable (obviously the kids are as well, but they're kids and the expectation is that they will be adorable), and you are - but you're clearly NICE too. That kind of charisma is a gift. I don't think it can really be learned, although perhaps cultivated. You may not get the connection here, but once I was at something with the Dalai Lama and in the middle of his talk, he picked his nose - without so much as a conscious thought that several hundred people were watching him. Perhaps no one else noticed (unlikely) - I noticed, and not that he picked his nose, but that he was so incredibly comfortable with himself he really didn't care who was watching. My analogy for y'all.
