Did almost the same. Spent $ on the trip to SanFransico married on a day trip on a sailboat. Cake was a small iced cake & bagged lunches. The Captain of boat married us & hired our photographer. Brought only my parents to stand for us. He’s parents weren’t able. Then, they went home & we went to Mexico. No regrets no debt.

We eloped in Lake Tahoe in 1999! Our 25 year anniversary will be this October! It was definitely hard on family in the moment, but everyone gets over it. No regrets!!!! Good for you and congratulations! ❤❤❤
