Wow! This was very informative. I figured affordable housing was part of the problem. I didn't know it was all of the problem!

Dr. Gregg Colburn's study changes my preconceived cause of homeless. It is not mental illness, not drug addition, not poverty, not welfare, not weather. The culprit is affordable housing.

We don’t have a homelessness problem. We have a housing problem. ❤👍 Great info!

Great presentation! Thank you for your hard work on this! I do think wealth gap plays a role as well.

Makes sense. It does seem that the more expensive cities have higher rates of homelessness.

He’s ignoring the fact that in 2019 the 9th circuit ruled that municipalities cannot lock up homeless people for breaking anti camping laws and cannot dispose of a homeless persons property. The lax drug laws not withstanding the rest of the country isn’t subject to the 9th circuit nonsense and as a consequence homeless people actually migrate to the west coast. Also keep in mind that the democrats have been in full control of Washington state for nearly 20 years and homelessness has only skyrocketed. If the solution were as simple as more houses this wouldn’t be an issue. This man drew the wrong conclusions from the data.

Post hoc ergo propter hoc. You need to change the title of your video, correlation doesn’t imply causation.

You clearly spent quality time watching the video and interpreting the data…he literally could not have stated more clearly it doesn’t correlate.
