What Radhi says is 100% true. I also noticed I became much dumber when watching reality tv and I have noticed it in the people around me. They think it is harmless fun but it is definitely lowering the collective vibration.

I just found your channel. I'm so happy you're Vegan. I'm 65 yrs old. I went Vegan for the animals 9 years ago. I had been very sick and probably wouldn't be here today had a Vegan not entered my life and showed me the nasty sick Cruelty I was funding and my heart and mind connected - I believe a soul connection happened and I went Vegan. Within 1 months my 6 years of Insomnia vanished 😀 Arthritis gone- I actually forgot I once had arthritis. My energy was incredible; I felt like I could run a marathon. I had a blood test done to check my B12 and my doctors couldn't speak, he kept looking at my test results from non Vegan to Vegan and I got scared...I thought there was something seriously wrong...then he says "How" Then says "your body has completely healed" ...sigh of relief! I'm so grateful for that Vegan! I do not get colds or flu. I do not get sick. I'm glad you brought up animal testing because IF animals are so much like us that they test on them that is a heinous crime - It would be no different to testing on us. Also look at pharmaceutical drugs they only keep people alive but everyone is still sick and suffering. Look at all those sick people - they all fund cruelty - torture, Death, Dairy is horrically cruel and yet Nature created breastfeeding milk to help babies to adapt to this earth then GET WEANED not move onto another Mammals milk and have hr baby stolen at birth. Bees make honey for their babies. Look at all the heart diseases Diabetes. Cancer, autoimmune, MS - if consuming Flesh, diabetes dairy & Cholesterol eggs is healthy - why is everyone sick by the time they're in their 40/50's but worse Look at the sick children. People talk about Vegan properganda except Saving Lives is something we should all strive for. Now look at all the meat, dairy, eggs properganda

I have been an ardent follower of Jay and been listening to his podcasts last couple of years, I love them so much that I often re-listen to few of my favourites when there are no new episodes released . I also find the content shared by your so relatable. You both have made such a positive impact on my life and I can see myself as a better version of myself from past. Keep up the good work.

You are one smart girl, good for you. I experienced with drugs a lot growing up in my teens. I still smoke weed.I tried to stop a couple of times but after a while (few months) I went back to smoking joints every day. I’m 29 years old now, and I really want this change in my life. I feel like I’m stuck with my bad habits. I know how to stop but I don’t know how to stay that way. You are adorable, by the way! 😊 Love watching your videos. ❤

Hey. Take help. There is groups like narcotics anonymus. People say that you cant addict to weed but that is not true Weed just like any other intoxicant affect the brain and body and your emotions. Even weed is more socially accepted and romatices makes it harder to take this serious. You need to get clean and see how beautiful life is without it. Weed really put a lid and smog on everything making you live in another reality. I am clean now since 2 months and feel so much better. Stay away drugs Is not worth it. Meditate. Feel grate.

I recently came upon Radhi's video's and really love how she simplifies vegan recipes to be engaging, tasty and well, just plain fun to make! As a vegetarian for most of my life (I had a few stints of eating meat out of necessity), it really is inspiring me to inject tasty vegan dishes into my day to day. Also, as an environmentalist studying environmental science, I think it is really important (probably vital at this point in time) to promote a plant based diet whenever possible. That being said, it doesn't in any way imply that eating meat is "wrong" or sinful or that we will be outcasted from being able to live a yogic lifestyle if we do not exclusively have a plant based diet. Over the past decade of researching, learning about the current environmental crisis along side striving to immerse myself in studying and understanding Sanatana Dharma for most of my life, if there is one thing that could distill it all down for me it is: (self-Compassion) -->(self Awareness)--> (self Accountability). It always starts with self-compassion though. Incorporating a plant based diet is an organic by-product of already striving to live a yogic lifestyle, never the other way around. Becoming an environmental scientist, especially in the line of research that I am doing (scholarly research on the detrimental impacts of the factory farming of livestock) has brought with it some very interesting and unexpected philosophical and spiritual discussions with various people over the years. Even though it was unnerving at the time (i.e. being coaxed into arguments because apparently I am a fanatic for being vehemently opposed to the indiscriminate slaughter of 10's of billions of animals in order to satiate endless human greed), it really helped me go deeper within myself. To understand this mess better, to introspect my own blind-spots in how I was communicating this essential message and really coxing me to paradigm-shift myself first via internalizing this knowledge that I have been SO fortunate and Blessed to have been exposed to. Then Expressing from that point of inflection....THIS process of introspection, experimentation, paradigm shifting ourselves first then bursting forward in dynamic aligned activity IS the essence of a Yogic lifestyle. In a nutshell: the very distinction between eating meat and not, vegan and non-vegan and the variety of other dichotomous labels themselves are a by-product of the initial Perversion itself; that human society is separate from and therefore has the will to dominate the natural environment. Thereby falsely creating 'for' and 'against' sides when none existed to begin with. Living in harmony and in-tune with the 'so-called' natural environment inherently erases all such constructed dichotomies, because, well, we ARE an essential part of the Natural Environment! True care for the environment (including care for all non-human life-forms) becomes organic, Natural then. My nature is to get to the root of things and it seems to me that this fundamental disconnect is the ultimate demise we have to come out of. The aim therefore ought to be to focus on constantly striving to eliminate these gaps wherever possible in our lives. Of course, the natural by-product of living a life that worships our interconnectedness with ALL Life would undoubtedly shift our diet towards more and more plant-based.... Thank you Radhi for creating this space and doing what you do🙏❤❤❤🙏

Radhi, you have a beautiful soul and it shines through , your beauty is from inside and out . The fact that you are vegan makes you even more powerful and pure love . There are so many people on a " spiritual " path , BUT continue to be disconnected and use their mouth to say they are against animal abuse , but with the same mouth , eat the bodies of animals who lived a tragic life of suffering . All meat and dairy is violence , not food . I love you for being you , for understanding to spread kindness is to be vegan.
