Love this video! Thank you! I have been having to do iron infusions for almost nine months because of anemia. Also have had multiple procedures for the anemia. My energy is a HUGE struggle, but I am doing my best to do what I can for my body while my Doctors do their part. It's a struggle. I totally get it.

I've been feeling beaten up for more than a month now People say I dont eat enough so this is the reason, but when I eat fully anyway I just wanna do nothing. Maybe cause I am just tired, overwhelmed of my study process Happy me 👍. This is will all continue for at least a year ( I have to apply to the Med Uni)

Dear Radhi, thank you for your honest and sincere videos which are a great help. Every time I watch it, I feel warmth and it is as if my sister is talking to me and guide me unconditionally. Can you please do a video on people who live in poverty and also have no one to support them, and so are in constant fear of not having enough to pay bills, or to buy nutritious food, or buy supplements which can make them healthy, who are all the time in fear of loosing their health as the result of not having enough to buy things, how can they overcome this fear? thank you. love your videos and thank you so much.

Yes your right but I have friend she tell me me her problems and I think it's leaking enegergy but she talks about good things too then I feel better I try not to take the tension onto me when she explain her issues but just give back good vibes I understand what you mean so they don't drain me out. Another question: I experience fatigue and a lack of energy 3-5 days before my “girly days” .Even my blood pressure drops the day before it begins. Consequently, I am unable to work out for a week and I simply feel a lack of motivation and energy. Do you have any advice?

This is super necessary. Our lutual phase is undeniably our most restful and quiet phase of our cycle. It’s best just to follow the body’s cues and rest since going against the natural cycle of the body could end up being more harmful to our over hormones than not. Just ride the wave. Nothing wrong with feeling lack of motivation and energy. This is the time when we are meant to go within and focus on caring and nourishing ourselves. Turning away from productivity and into the productivity of rest and reflection!

Thank you Radhi❤ This is so informative! 🙌 I'm curious- With the loop thoughts, I have this a lot but particularly around a big job I need to do that i keep avoiding / genuinely don't have time to do it. So, I work all day on all my other jobs but am constantly thinking + stressing about that one big job I REALLY NEED TO DO 😅😢 How should I rationalise/ talk to myself about this as it is something I CAN control? It's hugely draining my energy! Tips from commenters would be great too❤ Love your posts! Thanks x
