My university has started since on 27th March, I am given 2 weeks to get to Uk . I am awaiting cas on Monday, so I can submit my visa application

You may have to make a priority application and that is expensive. Don't put yourself under pressure, just work with the service that you can afford. Let your University know your challenges and see how they can advise.

Not really but you have to provide where you will stay when you arrive the UK in your visa application.

The School would usually email you when it’s time to apply for CAS between May and July.

Please I’m having a great delay in receiving my Visa presently, and my latest enrollment date is on the 6th of October which is tomorrow, and have contacted the school and they insisted I have tomorrow. You can request to enroll online or ask for an enrolment deadline extension, explaining the circumstances to them. You can also email your head of school and any international rep for Africa/Nigeria if they have. Just explore all avenues. You need to hear from them it’s okay to travel before you get there and be stranded.

It depends, if the school has informed you that you have met all your requirements for CAS, then they will send it.

You’d have to first get an unconditional offer before you defer. So I would recommend you email the school about your intentions to resume with the January set since you missed your acceptance deadline in error. Also ask them what other options are available to you considering your circumstances.

It's your call. You can choose to send or not, but if you know that you wouldn't meet up with your enrolment deadline, then it is wise to email them.
