One of the best instructors in the city his style of teaching is simple and direct. The way he explains the combo or defence or footwork makes it easy to comprehend 10 out of 10. Best kickboxing school in Toronto hands down!!

bazooka! I'm fighting April 15th against a "karate ,tkd" style opponent. I typically like to play on the outside, can you share some of your ideas of combinations/concepts pressure fighting. Avoiding body kicks while pressing forward. Thank you so much

Not sure if I'll get a response but I just binge watched your KZbin training your Q&A your fighting tips and building hurting bombs!!! I totally enjoyed it!!! I appreciate that you are putting your knowledge out there and love of for the sport!! I also watched the Joe Rogan podcast on KZbin live when you were on. You talked about stepping away from the sport due to a concussion, any follow up on if you will return to the competitive side of the sport. Plus I know you have covered the shin conditioning a couple times already, not to shin kick a dead horse😂😂 but after the Anderson Silvia and Tyron Spong shin break. Could you give a clearer and more informative answer on how not to break your shins. I know you love the low shin kicks plus you have that quick non pivot low kick. I would really like if you would talk about those breaks and the best angle to keep it from happening. Thank you!!!

hey Mr.Valtellini, I've really been practicing trying to whip my low kick, studying your fights it doesn't seem like you even move your torso but your bottom half seems to do a 180 lol. Any tips for a faster more effective low kick? i seem to have to really emphasize turning my whole body which really wastes time. poorly written question but without demonstrating i have no idea how to explain. please answer

I really admire your tight and clean style of kickboxing Joseph, been following you for quite some time now. Question: Where do you look on your opponents body while fighting? and When you have your high guard up in your fights and your being landed on do you always try and keep your eyes open and see the punches coming in or do you sometimes naturally throw combos back just through instinct and drilling?

Bazooka Joe! I'm a big fan of your channel. Question about strength training. What do you recommend for someone who trains muay thai/kickboxing once a day/4x a week? I'm planning on going back into Stronglifts 5x5 program. I also run 3x a week in the morning before I go to work. I'm a 9-6 kinda guy and with lifting being put back in my training, I feel like this is gonna be too much for me with very little rest and recovery. My initial goal is to supplement my muay thai by increasing increasing endurance and strength. Your thoughts and recommendations? Thanks!

Hi Joe I have an important question. I want to condition my shins since I still feel weak kicking contrary to punching. The thing is the bags from my gyms are really hard, they feel that they have too much sand and I have damage my knees in the past because the bags are very very solid. I don´t want to change my gym because my personal coach is very good (also my current gym is close to my house) but I am worry to hurt my knees in a bad way. Any tip?
