Damn, I never really thought about this side of the Oblivion triumph Black Marsh had, and now that I think about it, IT MAKES SENSE Black Marsh may call itself the third strongest province right next to the imperial dogs and the grimy altmer(not my words, some N'wah said it), but that's only because only the bravest, most hardened Dunmer poachers and other N'wahs can traverse it's smelly terrain and deadly flora and fauna, and if the Daedra I've fought were anything to go by, yeah, I can see how they wouldn't fare well in that environment.
